This Monday, October 15, is BLOG ACTION DAY, a first time event. Bloggers from around the globe will unite in order to write about a pressing issue: THE ENVIRONMENT.
The organizers of Blog Action Day are asking that everyone with a blog or website join this ‘call to action’ and let out the word. They are asking that bloggers post something about the environment in their own way and in relationship to their specific topics.
As of this moment, there are 10,092 blogs and websites that have signed up for Blog Action Day that will reach an audience of over 7,121,000.
Please participate in this very important event. We at Gardening Gone Wild feel that the environment is a critical issue that no longer can be ignored. As gardeners, we can’t afford to be laissez-faire about the impact that gardening has had over the past 60 some years on global warming: and how gardening with a conscience NOW will make a huge difference in helping to mitigate the effects of global warming in the future.
